Our Conscious Living breakfasts takes place 1 - 2 times per year. In 2008 we hosted 2 very successful breakfasts and in 2009 we hosted 1 breakfast on the 5th of September 2009.

All these events takes place in Cape Town and we are hoping to host a Gauteng breakfast next year.

Mission:

To offer the public a platform where they can interact with speakers and product/service providers on an intimate level and can be inspired to live more consciously in terms of Body, Mind, Soul & Environment. There is a huge focus on living more sustainably and environmentally friendly.

On the day of the event each guest receives a goodie bag filled with gifts to help them kick start their sustainable & conscious living journey. This is a great opportunity to market your product to your market. Total guests 2009 = 100

Lucky Draw:

Our lucky draw is one of the most exciting parts of our breakfast. We love giving lots of conscious prizes away to our guests. Each prize and sponsor are mentioned while we are doing the draw. Once again this is a wonderful way to promote your product of service.
